Mat Pilates is a type of exercise completely focused on strengthening the core muscles - abs, chest, back, hips, glutes. The exercises are designed to be low impact, consisting often of small movements that don't look like they would do much but in reality are strengthening and toning muscles deep within. We focus on breath and posture, building strength from deep within. Pilates started as a medical routine to rehabilitate patients. But soon it moved into the fitness space as it was found to really target the core in a way that move workouts don't. This class is perfect for those wanting to tone their muscles whilst strengthening the deeper core muscles. This format will work towards giving your body the best chance at walking into your old age without a walker.
This cancellation policy is for those paying per class and not for those on memberships giving access to livestream classes: You are able to cancel a class up to one hour before it starts. If you are booked to attend a class and do not attend, you will still be charged for that class. If you cancel with sufficient time, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days (normally sooner).
