You never know exactly what you will get with this class as the theme is changed up each week - but you can be sure that you will get a full body workout to tone and strengthen the whole body. We use light weights, mini loop resistance bands or a chair as far as equipment goes; but we've also done a few classes using pure body weight. It is important to note that with this class, although we have classes with equipment, you can also do this class without any equipment if you are needing to modify at all. Themes that we frequently go back to: Resistance Band Class Light Weights and High Reps Chair Class (no you won't be sitting on the chair but using it as equipment) Barre Cardio Circuit Training HIIT Many options are always given, so if you are just starting out or you are a regular, you will get a workout that is right for you!
This cancellation policy is for those paying per class and not for those on memberships giving access to livestream classes: You are able to cancel a class up to one hour before it starts. If you are booked to attend a class and do not attend, you will still be charged for that class. If you cancel with sufficient time, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days (normally sooner).
