One hour of Latin vibes covering Merengue, Salsa, Belly Dancing, Hip Hop and so much more. This dance fitness program is so much fun, you won't even know you are exercising. 

Zumba is a high intensity cardio program that can be adapted so that you get the workout that is right for you. Make sure to wear some good shoes for multidirectional movement as there is twisting involved. Also be sure to bring water and a towel as it gets sweaty!
