Yoga is a wonderful way to relieve stress whilst getting stronger, leaner and more flexible. 

In these classes we explore Hatha (slow movements), Vinyasa (one movement per breath), Power (more strength training) and Restorative (slow stretching) Yoga whilst also working on our balance and spiritual connection (without discussing religion). Each class ends with 15 minutes of guided meditation for stress relief and relaxation.

Beginners are welcome in this class as options are given at each stage to ensure that every person in the class gets a workout at the right level for them.
