Tone Zone is a full body workout using resistance bands, body weight and dumbbells.
Weights become more and more important for women, especially after the age of 35. By doing weights (we do low weights, high reps during this class), you are reducing your risk of osteoporosis. This is because when we do weights, the muscles pull on the bone, forcing it to become stronger and more dense.
To do this class, all you need is a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells (we do have some in the studio if you don't have your own).
So book into a class. As class sizes are small, you will get individual attention to ensure you are doing each exercise correctly.
