Service Description

Center your mind, body and heart with this beautiful practice. In Vinyasa yoga, we connect breath to movement which in turn helps to reduce stress and get you to a calmer place. These practices also incorporate strength movements and holds as we work on balance and flexibility. Each class ends with a relaxation practice to prepare you for the remainder of your day and week.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is for those paying per class and not for those on memberships giving access to livestream classes: You are able to cancel a class up to one hour before it starts. If you are booked to attend a class and do not attend, you will still be charged for that class. If you cancel with sufficient time, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days (normally sooner).
