Service Description

Exercise for 40 seconds, Rest for 20 seconds This type of workout is known to improve endurance faster than steady cardio, and get you into the fat burning zone more frequently during your workout. This class will have modifications and progressions, so most levels can do it. You will need: Weights and a Yoga Mat On occasion we may use other equipment. If you are unsure if this class is the right one for you, get hold of me and let's chat.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is for those paying per class and not for those on memberships giving access to livestream classes: You are able to cancel a class up to one hour before it starts. If you are booked to attend a class and do not attend, you will still be charged for that class. If you cancel with sufficient time, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days (normally sooner).
