Service Description

This class focuses on core strength - it's really Pilates at the barre. Because we are standing in this workout, we get to really work on our balance as well which is incredibly important. Exercises are low impact, focusing on leaning out the body and creating strength without bulking.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is for those paying per class and not for those on memberships giving access to livestream classes: You are able to cancel a class up to one hour before it starts. If you are booked to attend a class and do not attend, you will still be charged for that class. If you cancel with sufficient time, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days (normally sooner).
