Schedule Change - Action Required

Some of you will already be aware as I've mentioned it in several of our online classes, that the schedule may need to change.... and now is the time.

Starting next week on Monday, April 13th 2020, there will be some changes to times and classes that I will be running on Zoom. If you have already registered for classes next week, these registrations will be cancelled and you will need to re-register (apologies) for all classes.

There is a copy of the schedule below so that you can see what classes have been changed. Please note that some changes might just be in timing, so please do check each detail for the classes you want to attend. All the registration links have been updated on my website so you can register immediately.

You will continue to receive a recorded copy of the classes, however I have had to reduce the amount of time that they are availablet o you. Instead of the class being available for a full week, it will now be available for two days which still gives you plenty of time to fit the workout into your day. If you find this doesn't work for you, please feel free to speak to me directly.

CURRENT ONLINE ATTENDEES:

For every person you get to attend my classes, you will receive one free class. When they register to attend a class, I will contact them to arrange payment and at this point they can let me know who referred them. Once they pay and attend their first class, you will be credited with a free class. It's as simple as that.

IF YOU HAVEN'T YET TAKEN AN ONLINE CLASS:

For those of you on my mailing list who have not yet tried one of my online classes, just let me know you'd like to try one out for free and then register for the class you would like to attend. After that, you will be able to also take advantage of the above special that I'm running.

So please share details for my classes to anyone and everyone whom may enjoy to do some exercise whilst at home.  The beauty of online classes is that anyone from anywhere in the world can join!
