I am really excited to confirm that live stream classes will begin on Monday March 23, 2020. Please read all the information below and if you have any further questions please let me know.
As a quick side, this has all been put together pretty quickly so please bare with me as we iron out any wrinkles that may arise!
Set up an account on Zoom - either on your phone / ipad using the Zoom app which is free to download, or on your computer via the website www.zoom.us
Click on the link (below) to the class you would like to attend and register - once you register for one class you will be able to register for future classes as well. If you cannot make the time of the class, that is ok! Still register to receive the class recording so you can do the class at your convenience.
Add the class to your schedule via one of the calendar invites so you don't forget!
Decide if you would like to pay per class or if you would like a package (see further details below)
If you need to cancel your attendance, please log back into Zoom and cancel from there. Please note that if you register for the class and have not cancelled by 5 mins before class, you will be charged whether you attend or not. You will still receive the class recording to use at your convenience over the duration of a week.
On the day of the class:
Click on the link in your meeting request a few minutes before the starting time of the class to ensure you work your way through the system and have time to get settled (and not flustered). In particular, if you are not comfortable with technology, make sure to do this early.
Your microphone will already be set to mute please leave it like that to avoid any sound disruption.
You will have an option to have your video on or off. If you have it on, then you will be visible to everyone on the live stream however as my video will be the only video with sound, it will be the prominent screen. (Please read more on this below)
Set up your area to exercise in and wait for the video to start - make sure your volume is up.
If you are dialing in from a phone, you will notice that you can swipe the screen to the side for different views. One view will show my screen as the main screen with just your screen in the corner minimized. If you swipe to the side, you will see little squares with all the participants who have switched their videos on. If you are dialing in from a computer you will be able to have my screen as the main one and the other participants will be in little squares at the top of the page. If your video is on, your video will be one of these little squares - so participants can see you but will be focused on me (hopefully lol). I would LOVE to see your smiling faces so if you don't mind, please do put your videos on. You can do this by clicking the video icon at the bottom of your screen (on the left) and making sure it does not have a line through it.
After the class, I will need time to download the recording of the class and put it somewhere for you to get access to. This is likely to take less than an hour but that also depends on technology and my schedule. You will have access to the recording for one week from the live date and you can access that class as often as you like. during that week After the one week time period, the class will no longer be available.

LEGS, BUNS, TUMS 30 Mins: Mondays at 9.45am
Full Body Workout: Tuesdays at 8.30am
ZUMBA 60 Mins: Wednesdays and Fridays at 8.30am
PILATES 30 Mins: Wednesdays at 9.45am
