Fear of Missing Out

Book your Bmore Fitness class before they are fully booked! With a limited schedule over the next two weeks, forward planning your classes will ensure you don't miss out.

Summer break is nearly over so classes are almost back to normal. However for the next two weeks (July 29 - August 12) whilst school is still out, ONLY the following classes will continue:

Monday: Yoga @ 8.15am

Monday: Yoga @ 7.30pm

Tuesday: Zumba @ 7pm

Thursday: Yoga @ 6pm

From August 13th, the full schedule will resume.

Please remember to book your classes in advanced, either through the website (link below) or by texting me on (661) 523-5023. As space is limited this will really assist me in managing class numbers and ensuring that you have sufficient space to enjoy each practice....thank you!
