Mat Pilates is a class that primarily works the core (the muscles that support the torso) although leg and glute exercises are also included. There are similarities to yoga in that breath and flexibility are two of the focuses however this is more of a strength and toning class. As it is low impact it is the perfect class for anybody and everybody.
All you will need is a mat and water for this class. No other equipment is required.
We do have mats at the studio if you don't have your own.
