Breathe Yourself Calm
This is the first Workshop as part of the 'Love Your Life Challenge', although it is open to anyone wanting to learn about different breathing techniques to sooth the nervous system. Breathwork is a free, easy and an almost immediate way to help reduce stress and anxiety in the moment.

Join this live and free workshop which should take 30 mins. We will cover 3 different types of breaths with an explanation of how and when to use these breaths for different outcomes and times in our day. You will also learn why breathwork is effective in creating or reducing stress in your body, and with this information you can actually trick your brain into finding calm when you need to.
