Mindfulness Challenge: Day 7
Welcome to Day 7 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge!
Today’s Mindful Message is to be Grateful
Close your eyes, take some deep belly breaths and think about the things in your life that you can be grateful for. Feel the gratitude in your heart (the real emotion) and hold onto that strong emotion allowing it to move through your body bringing powerful positivity to your mind, body and soul.
If you do this first thing in the morning or last thing in the day, consider what has gone well for you, even if it was just that you had hot running water for your shower. We can always find a few things to be grateful for each and every day. It’s best to try to think of at least 3 things a day that you are grateful for, and if you can, write them down so you can reflect back on them whenever you want. Keeping a gratefulness journal is a wonderful way to practice positive living because it's a daily reminder of what is currently working in your life.
