Remember to take 5 minutes out of your day today to appreciate the beauty and vibrancy of the heavens. Be present in your appreciation, focusing your mind on that moment and allowing all other thoughts to float away.
Sky gazing has been known to spark inspiration and imagination, whilst being a wonderful stress reliever especially at the end of a very long day.
So head outside, tilt your head back, and gaze up at the beauty that surrounds you. Take time to enjoy the vibrant colors and feel the sunshine on your face, notice the shapes and movement of the clouds or perhaps take in the beauty of the night sky, the moon and stars.
