Welcome to Day 15 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge!
Today’s Mindful Message is Water Tranquility
Today's challenge is all about the water! Swimming and floating are two great ways to experience the tranquility of water however given our current situation, we are aware this is more than likely not an option for you. If you have time, perhaps you can take a nice long bath today. Allow your ears to go below the surface of the water as you take in the sound of your heartbeat and the gentle sounds of fluidity. Another beautiful way to experience water is to sway your arms back and forth under the water. Close your eyes and experience the water moving through your fingers and around your arms and body.
If those aren't options for you today, then experience water in other ways. When you shower, for a few moments close your eyes and be aware of each drop as it pours over your body. Perhaps stand out in the rain or run your hands under a tap to feel the tranquility of water on your skin.
