Welcome to Day 14 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge!
Today’s Mindful Message is Fresh Air
Open your windows and let the fresh air fill your home. Take a moment to appreciate the view, the colors and the sounds. Now that we have a little extra time on our hands, this challenge should be an easy one to complete. When things return to back to normal, remember to take in some fresh air as you go about running your errands once again.
Depending on the weather conditions, some of us often will go months on end without opening the windows in our homes to allow the fresh air to flow freely between the rooms.
Take a minute today to open up a window and take in the breeze if the weather permits. Feel the freshness of the air on your face and through your hair. Try to get outside for at least 10-15 minutes everyday even if it's just to sit on your porch. As you breathe in and out, feel the fresh air cleaning your lungs and awakening your mind.
