Welcome to Day 12 of the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge!

Today’s Mindful Message is to Pamper yourself!

It's pamper day! Make sure you find a way to take time to pamper yourself today. You work hard and deserve an hour (or preferably a day) of self-love. Whatever it is that makes you feel relaxed and special, be sure to set aside some time today to indulge yourself. Perhaps the only thing you have time for is grabbing that special cup of coffee on your way into the office, or picking up a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the grocery store on your way home this evening. That's OK, just be sure you do something to treat yourself well today.

If you have time on your hands, all the better. Go get that massage or pedicure you've been wanting. Perhaps just snuggling up on the couch with a great book or taking a long hot bubble bath is more your style. Whatever it is that you decide to do today be sure you pamper yourself in some form or fashion.
