In February, the month of LOVE, this challenge is about loving your life, loving your body, loving yourself, your family, friends & experiences! SO MUCH LOVE!! In essence we will be setting up new habits to help us move into a healthier lifestyle in mind, body and heart. There are 5 elements to this challenge: 1. Movement / Exercise 2. Nutrition 3. Hydration 4. Sleep 5. Emotional & Mental Wellness through Mindfulness How it will work.... We will have a kick off Zoom meeting the night before the challenge begins to give you details & to help you set your goals. If you cannot make this meeting or any of the other Zoom workshops, they will be recorded & made available to you. Each day you will log into the program to get your workout (either to do in your own time at home or you can join a Bmore Fitness class) & at the end of the day you will complete a short questionnaire about your day. There will be a group for you all to connect & show support. The aim is to set up goals to improve your life through new habits - this is not a 'go hard or go home' type of challenge & beginners are welcome.
