Covid 19 brought about some big changes for Bmore Fitness (as it did for everyone). We closed our doors and within a week had moved all the classes online via Zoom. Thank you very much to all the students who continued to support us during this time.

Having spoken to the majority of students, we have decided not to reopen our doors for in person classes however the online offering will continue. The current schedule is below and we are in the process of putting together an on demand offering which will be ready in August.

New packages are also in the process of being designed and that information will be shared as soon as possible.

To join a class you need to register in advance!
Registration links are below and you will be able to register for multiple classes if you are on an iPad or computer. 
IMPORTANT UPDATES:
  • Starting Saturday June, 5th 2021 there will be regular Pre-Recorded Zumba classes available from 7.30am PST each Saturday. They will be available for 24 hours from the time that you register or from 7.30am PST if you register in advance. The link for these classes will change each week so check my Facebook Group for the weekly link or use the links further down this page.
  • Starting Monday March 29th 2021, Monday (Yoga) and Tuesday (Full Body Workout) will start at the later time of 8.30am PST. All other classes remain the same. Please note that after the summer it is likely that the other 7.30am PST class will move to 8.30am to accommodate school runs now that the schools will be back to normal. 
  • Free Guided Meditation sessions are currently on hold - they will commence in the new school year.
NO LIVE CLASSES ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: Pre-recorded classes will be available if you register as normal. The link to the recording will be emailed to you the night before the class. Alternatively you can go straight to the Zumba website and register there. Links to those classes are further down.

PASEO CLUB VALENCIA:

Starting Friday May 7th 2021, I will be back at the Paseo Club in Valencia for a one hour Liquid Cardio / Aqua Class.

I am so looking forward to seeing you all in the pool.

To attend this class, you will need to be a member at the Paseo Club. Numbers are limited in order to keep social distancing in effect, so please be sure to book your spot through your membership channels.

PRINCESS CRUISES:

Throughout the pandemic we have been working out together every day at 11am and this will continue until live classes return. 

You need to be an HA Group / Princess Cruises employee to attend these classes, and they are completely free for you all (ie you do NOT need to be a Club Fitness Member)! To attend, check out the Club Fitness information on Portholes for the schedule and the links. These classes are all live stream and don't require booking in advance.

RENO FIRST RESPONDERS:

Yoga on Tuesdays at 10am is a FREE live class for Reno first responders and their families - it is appropriate for all levels.

To attend this class, you can find the link on the Union Website, where you will also find the link to all the previous classes which were recorded and posted to YouTube so you can do the classes in your own time. 

​BMORE FITNESS CLASSES - PRICING & PAYMENT:

All classes are $5 with the exception of Yoga which is $10.

If you are unable to afford classes, please speak to me and we can make an arrangement.

Packages are available for $80 (on sale from $90) - therefore 1 hour yoga would be $8 and all other classes are $4. 

If you are registered for a class whether you attend or not, you will be charged, so please ensure you cancel your attendance if required before the starting time of the class. You can cancel by going into your booking and cancelling or you can text me directly .

Payment can be made via Venmo @amanda-billimore, Apple Pay or Zelle both by finding me with my phone number (661) 523-5023 - if you prefer PayPal please let me know and I will send you the details .... if you are nervous about finding me, just let me know and I will send you a request for payment which might be easier for you.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

Earn yourself free classes by referring friends and family!

When someone you referred attends and pays for a class, you will receive a free class equivalent to the class that they attended. This only applies for their first class and you / your referral will need to notify me before the class.

Before you plan to join the class you will need to:

  1. Set up an account on Zoom - either on your phone / ipad using the Zoom app which is free to download, or on your computer via the website www.zoom.us

  2. Click on the link (above) to the class you would like to attend and register - if you are on a PC, once you register for one class you will be able to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click each date that you would like to register for. If you cannot make the time of the class, that is ok! Still register to receive the class recording so you can do the class at your convenience. Recordings are available for 48 hours.

  3. Add the class to your schedule via one of the calendar invites so you don't forget!

  4. Pay for your class via Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal or Zoom - if you are without work at the moment, please do speak to me and we can 'make a plan' so you can still destress with fitness.

  5. If you need to cancel your attendance, please log back into Zoom and cancel from there of email/text me. Please note that if you register for the class and have not cancelled by 5 mins before class, you will be charged whether you attend or not. You will still receive the class recording to use at your convenience during the two days that the recording remains live.

On the day of the class:

  1. Click on the link in your meeting request a few minutes before the starting time of the class to ensure you work your way through the system and have time to get settled (and not flustered). In particular, if you are not comfortable with technology, make sure to do this early. I will also email you before each class with the link in case that is easier for you.

  2. Your microphone will already be set to mute please leave it like that to avoid any sound disruption.

  3. You will have an option to have your video on or off. If you have it on, then you will be visible to everyone on the live stream however as my video will be the only video with sound, it will be the prominent screen. (Please read more on this below)

  4. Set up your area to exercise in and wait for the video to start - make sure your volume is up.

If you are dialing in from a phone, you will notice that you can swipe the screen to the side for different views. One view will show my screen as the main screen with just your screen in the corner minimized. If you swipe to the side, you will see little squares with all the participants who have switched their videos on. If you are dialing in from a computer you will be able to have my screen as the main one and the other participants will be in little squares at the top of the page. If your video is on, your video will be one of these little squares - so participants can see you but will be focused on me (hopefully lol). I would LOVE to see your smiling faces so if you don't mind, please do put your videos on. You can do this by clicking the video icon at the bottom of your screen (on the left) and making sure it does not have a line through it.

After the class, I will need time to download the recording of the class and put it somewhere for you to get access to. This is likely to take less than an hour but that also depends on technology and my schedule. You will have access to the recording for two days from the live date and you can access that class as often as you like during that time. After the two day time period, the class will no longer be available.

FAQS:

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO A CLASS BUT I'M NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE LIVE STREAM?

You can still register for that class as you will receive the recording of the class to do at a time that best suits you. The video will be available to you for 48 hours (2 days) to do at a time that suits you.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR A CLASS I HAVE BOOKED ON TO?

If you dial in late, you will join the class from where it currently is in real time - please try not to do this as you will miss the warm up which is really important. If you end up being late, consider waiting for the recording of the video to be sent to you.

CAN I INVITE OTHER PEOPLE TO JOIN THE CLASS?

Most definitely! Please do invite as many people as you like to join in the fun! They will need to register just as you did to get access to the class. If you have already joined at least one class with me online, you will get a free class for every referral who joins a class.

CAN MY FAMILY JOIN THE CLASS WITH ME?

Yes, all the classes are appropriate for all ages as long as everyone works at the level that is good for them. In all classes (except Zumba) different options will be given so your family can workout at the level that suits them best. Charges are per household not per person.

WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS TYPE OF CLASS BEFORE?

All classes are taught with the beginner in mind. Listen out for details and level 1 options in all but Zumba classes. As a beginner you can still do the Zumba class, however it is the only class where options won't be given. Having said that, stick with what your feet are doing until you feel comfortable and if you get stuck, laugh at yourself, wiggle or jump around so you are still moving and rejoin when you get the hang of the next step.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR DISABILITY?

It is important that you have medical clearance before doing any workout. It is also important that you understand your limitations and that you listen to what your body is telling you. Depending on any injury or disability, some classes might not be possible for you. WHAT IF I DON'T USE ANY OF THE PAYMENT OPTIONS YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

WHAT IF I BUY A PACKAGE BUT THEN DON'T USE IT UP BEFORE GYMS REOPEN AND I NO LONGER WANT ONLINE CLASSES?

In the event that you no longer want your package, you have two options...

  1. Give or sell your left over classes to someone who might want to use them

  2. I will refund you the balance however the classes that you've already taken will be deduced at regular pricing, not the reduced pricing for packages. E.G. You paid $80 for 10 hours and only used 2 hours. The two hours will be charged at full price (ie $20) so you would get $60 refunded.
